This summer I spent 17 weeks at the Michigan State Police Trooper Recruit school. I was dismissed at the end of September due to a neck injury that occurred during training. A disk was protruding between C5-C6, pinching a nerve into my left arm which caused a tremendous amount pain. I already had C6-C7 fused for a similar injury and was looking to avoid another irreversible surgery. As a firm non-believer in chiropractic medicine I sought out treatment at the Wellness Center of Plymouth purely out of desperation. They proved that my outlook towards this sort of treatment was wrong. When I first walked into this place I could barely tie my shoes… with difficulty. After a few weeks of treatment I am now back to running 3+ miles and working out several times a week thanks to the Wellness Center.
