Golf Fitness Class – 30 min Session

Eliminate Pain & Improve Flexibility! Up your golf game by:

  1. Faster muscle memory for your golf swing
  2. Improve mobility of your rotator cuff and lower back
  3. Strengthen your “Golfers Core”

You will learn action steps for:

  1. Home Use
  2. At the Range
  3. Pre-Round
  4. Slow Play
  5. At the 19th Hole

Our 30-minute class is available every Thursday, 6-8 PM, & Saturday, 12-3 PM. The $49 is per person with a max of 4 people per class.

Deep Tissue Stretching Session

Improve range of motion and reduce muscle tensions with a personalized Deep Tissue Stretching Session. You will learn stretches that you can do at home to help keep your body limber and increase flexibility.

10 Minute Session: $14

30 Minute Session: $40

Athletic Training

Athletic Training is a custom assessment of your current and future goals in physical health. Whether you are just starting out or trying to accelerate your athleticism to the next level, we are ready to help! Personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes. You will leave with a custom plan to get you onto the next steps of health and wellness. All plans will be custom to you and go over proper form, breathing, reps/sets counts.
